Senior Buyer Consultant
I work with “The Only Orly Team” as a Buyer Consultant. I also have the Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR). I see my role not exactly as a sales person, but as more of an advisor, or coach, with an emphasis on educating. Before I actually take a new buyer client out to view homes, I have a consultation with them, to see where they stand financially, emotionally, and practically with regards to a new home purchase.
Buyers need to understand the process, which includes their preparedness to buy. Assembling a “dream-team” is essential to a successful transaction. (Lender, Attorney, Buyer Specialist, Home Inspector, etc.)
Once my buyers know that I am their source for any information related to purchasing a new home, and we build a trusting relationship – we can really accomplish the shared goal of finding the right home for them. I will preview properties and share my expertise relating to neighborhoods, types of homes and values ~ as they relate to individual buyer needs, wants and affordability.
I will negotiate with the listing broker on behalf of my buyers once the new home is selected. I do remain alongside the buyers throughout the transaction – from attorney review, home inspections, evaluating concerns and keeping all parties attentive to the contractual time line. And very importantly, I am there to help the “new neighbor” settle in with recommendations from contactors to restaurants!

Lisa grew up in Bergen County and raised her family in Ringwood. She has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry ranging from administrative to property management to real estate sales & marketing. Lisa’s vast real estate background and training has shaped her into a knowledgeable and well-rounded agent. Her down to earth approach paired with a sophisticated understanding of real estate transactions makes her a trusted advisor. Lisa exudes warmth and cares deeply for her clients, devoting undivided personal attention to their real estate needs and goals.
Shelby works with The Only Orly Team as a Buyers Agent. As a resident of Ringwood since 1993, Shelby has had the privilege of growing up in the town, attending all of the public schools, and being a part of all of the extra-curricular activities the town has to offer. In addition to growing up in Ringwood, Shelby has decided to remain a resident of the town, and raise her own family here as well. The intimate knowledge of Ringwood and the surrounding towns helped to shape Shelby into a knowledgeable Buyers Agent.

Shelby is dedicated and passionate about helping people find the right niche to associate themselves with, so they too can feel at ease not only in their home, but in their community as well.
Client Care Coordinator
Cathy works closely with Orly, Lillian and Jill. She will order and mail out “Just Listed” postcards to your neighbors.
She will also send out letters periodically at Orly’s request and will keep you posted regarding the marketing & advertising activities of your property in the form of a monthly report.
Cathy will also keep you informed about items you need to address at certain times. For example, scheduling a smoke detector certification, transferring utilities and contacting movers.
Director of Operations
Lillian will coordinate all the paperwork for your listing and is responsible for contacting other realtors who have shown your home to gather any “feedback” they may have and for relaying this information back to you.
Lillian and Orly will be your primary contacts at the office from the day you list with us until the day of your closing. When your property goes “Under Contract”, Lillian will be the one who follows up on all the transaction details. She will speak with the selling agent, the attorneys, and the lender as needed to make sure your road to the closing table is a smooth one. She is very experienced in dealing with the many issues that can arise in a transaction, and is always just a phone call away!
Jill is our Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for putting the sign and Garden State lockbox on your property. She also sets up our photographer and will be contacting you shortly to arrange a convenient time to photograph your home.
Jill will also create the property profile sheets for your property which will be distributed to other agents. She will design a customized brochure featuring pertinent information and photographs of your property to be displayed in your home.
Jill is also our Website Manager and will make sure your home receives maximum exposure by posting it on a variety of different websites.
